How fast will the fun arrive? We offer three shipping tiers across the USA to get your little explorer's gear to your door:

Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Available on qualifying orders.
When will my order ship? All orders are processed and ready for liftoff within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We want every child to be delighted. If a toy isn't the right fit, we accept returns of unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
What if a toy arrives damaged? We take great care in packing our "Stellar" gear, but we know the journey can be bumpy. If an item arrives broken, please email us at info@stellarsaga.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost.

Are your toys non-toxic? Absolutely. Your child's health is our priority. All Stellar Saga toys are made from non-toxic, BPA-free, and lead-free materials, fully compliant with US toy safety standards (ASTM/CPSC).
What age groups do you cater to? We have adventures for everyone! Every product page includes a recommended age range to help you choose the safest and most engaging toy for your child's developmental stage.
